The sub was good. The bread was very good. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to come out and take our order then waited 15 minutes for the food. I would recommend Jersey Mike’s instead. The subs were pricey and smaller here than what you get elsewhere.

Firehouse Subs in Avon has finally opened! Delicious sandwiches. My favorite is the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket! Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Definitely worth the visit. You won’t regret it.

Food was ok. Took over an hour to get 2 subs. Service was TERRIBLE. No one was greeted by an employee the entire I was in there, which was again, 60 minutes! Food was warm-ish when it finally came out. No apologies or reasons were offered. 4-5 employees were in the kitchen so “short staffed”, at least during this shift, doesn’t seem like the reason. They honestly just didn’t seem to care about the customers which is a shame considering what this company seems to stand for.
