Held off from reviewing this location to make sure what I was experiencing was a pattern and not individual incidents with no connection. To that end, I’ve gotten to the point where it seems this location suffers from gross negligence. At no point do I see a beverage system out of sorts so often. It’s constantly either got all major flavorings/sodas out of stock, or a new one for me, no CARBONATION. My order was online so I had purchased the drinks before being aware of this issue, and the staff refused to do anything about it other than send me home with flat coke. Moving on to the food, the meatballs in their meatball sub were hard as a rock on one side which I’m sure I won’t have to describe past simply “nasty”.

It’s rare I write a review while sitting in the restaurant. This was just nasty the sub was was seriously a pile of inedible mush and cold. The pickle wasn’t even edible After paying $6 for just the sub thank goodness I didn’t upgrade for the combo! I’ve eaten at other locations this is by far the worst.

I visited Firehouse Subs several times a couple of years ago and at that time I was very impressed by the flavor and quality of the ingredients. I went yesterday (a Wednesday afternoon around 5:30 pm) to the store near Belden Village mall but the experience was very different!
