I tried to give them a few chances to redeem themselves. They always have an excuse to why things are done incorrectly. I was not greeted when coming in. I had an app order and was a little early and sat in the dinning room for several minutes. No one asked me if I was waiting for an order or anything. They were all talking and doing whatever. Moments later they get slammed with 7 people. Still I waited there patiently after my ready time passed. My pick up time was 12:10. I didn’t leave there until 1220. I went up and questioned my order and showed the lady. They seemed annoyed. They were too busy to not pay attention and blame the system being down.

Went here today. They were slow. Ordered the Turkey Bacon ranch sandwich and made it a combo. Added a chocolate chip cookie and lemonade. My significant other made his own sandwich in there and ordered Doritos and strawberry sprite. They have the coke freestyle machine, but I always try to get Lemonade. They were relatively clean in there. Our food was quick. And they were nice. They gave me a large cup for no extra charge since my sandwich was a medium. The also allowed my daughter to have the fire chief hat, which she really loved. This is my favorite sub chain to eat at. Plus you can donate to first responders here too. And when we got my partners sandwich, there wasn’t a pickle. So when I asked, they gave us three! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

The young lady was rude. Short, skinny Caucasian young lady. Rushing through my order. Not letting me even finish what was before she cut me off. Nobody else was in the line. I asked was she in a rush and she responded with, ” well you are taking your time with your order”. This was the first time I have ever had a bad experience at this location. I don’t know what her name was but the receipt said Mya. And she got my name wrong on the receipt. She put BDMEN AND MY NAME IS DAMON……I hope and pray she develops a more pleasant attitude. As long as she is there I don’t think I will be coming back.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered for dine-in and it took 35 minutes after ordering for them to prepare 3 subs. Will never go there again. Have never had to wait 35 minutes, especially not for a sub sandwich.

Night crew seems to have a little too much fun. I arrived 8 p.m. to place an order with four employees working I stood at the register for a few moments and one of the girls who plainly was not busy or doing anything and only one order on the screen. Instead of asking me can I help you or what would you like to order it seemed like we were doing the staring competition until another employee took my food order
