Worst service out of all the locations. Ordered online, and the app said my food would be ready at 12:31pm, it was ordered at 12:19 pm. So i get to the location at 12:30 and my food was not ready until 12:50pm. Thank you for wasting my entire 30 minute lunch i get for work. This has happened numerous times with this specific location. Not impressed at all with this place.

Fantastic sub sandwich at great prices. We had coupons for free medium subs and it was out first time there. The kids both got the Hook and Ladder sub and I got the smoked brisket and cheese. They were delicious! I would have given 5 stars but they forgot one of my orders. I had to do two orders and the second one with mine and my son’s subs was thrown away because it had the same name on it as my daughter’s ticket. They apologized and made it right. The food and customer service was excellent!

I’ve wanted to try this place for a while and hadn’t had the chance yet to try them out.. I was recently visiting a friend in the hospital and she asked that I bring her lunch and requested Firehouse.. so I went and got lunch for myself, my wife and my friend. I ordered 3 small sandwiches and 2 soft drinks. I was surprised at the limited and repetitious menu. I also wasn’t much impressed by the lack of personality of the girl at the register.. we were greeted upon entering, but past that.. no one smiled, the cashier stared blankly at me when I asked for a recommendation and another girl who walked up and answered the phone during this question just laughed when I repeated myself.. then very loudly took a phone order right in front of us and I had to wait for her to finish up to even make my order… When I did order, I was appalled at the almost $40 that I paid for lunch. My biggest disappointment though, was when I got back with lunch and realized that “small” is only a 3in. sandwich. I spent more time waiting to order that sandwich than I did eating it. I was incredibly disappointed. That’s like, 4 bites… Maybe 3… I know the total price was for 3 sandwiches and 2 foundation drinks.. nothing else aside of the pickle spear on the side…. For $40. I will admit, what I ordered wasn’t bad at all… But it wasn’t worth the cost. Just too little food for too big a cost. I understand they donate to first responders and such, but that’s even AFTER you order your way overpriced sammy-nugget… Smh I don’t see myself returning. Time to check out Jersey Mike’s!

I love this franchise. Food is always consistent between locations, and the subs are always delicious. I normally get a mini sub (which is pretty small for most people) with a bag of chips and a drink. Even a mini has a decent amount of toppings and meat on it. I will be coming back to this location if I’m in the area.

Really delicious sandwiches. Fresh crispy bread. I had a Hook and Ladder, my hubby had Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar. We could not enjoy our meal bc they had two TVs blaring sports shows. It’s like someone yelling at you while you’re trying to eat. We may take ours to go from now on.

This place is a whole mess and from the looks of it the only few people who were professional are all gone therefore you won’t be seeing me at this location anymore. To my knowledge no one that works there except the manager even has their food handlers license. It’s only your health and safety at risk. Good luck!

The staff is always friendly here. Service is usually pretty quick. Food is always great. My favorite is the Italian but I’ve never had a bad sandwich. I like knowing that they have a foundation that helps firefighters get equipment and training.
