Food was good !!! Very busy place! Man whom took our order was friendly. We did wait 25 min. For our subs and a bowl of chili. I thought that was really too long. And then the lunch rush came in, wow they were busy. Maybe our order took too long because of the online and call in orders, but I thought it was too long. But the subs were great !!! I ordered the Italian sub, a large, and after eating half i could not finish . I had to go get a go home container.

The staff was friendly, I ordered on the app. I was a little late picking up my order.. it wasn’t ready when I got there. I waited less than 10 minutes for my order. While I waited, I brushed up against their drink area and stuck to it.. it was so sticky my clothes were sticky.

The subs are good. Considering that fire fighters are Union men and women, Firehouse Sub’s anti-union business model for construction and employees is just wrong. Beyond that? Check your receipt. Yeah, we got charged for 4 meals instead of 3. SMH Maybe better training, pay and benefits for employees isn’t a bad thing? We caught the mistake and got a refund, but they can do better.

Overall place was clean and staff was polite and friendly walking in. Got the Italian sub and wife got the veggie. She loved hers but they got my order wrong. Asked for no tomato, onion, and mayo. They put one tomato on and put on mayo. I didn’t take it back up to replace not worth throwing out. Restrooms were clean. Not getting the order correct is the reason for 3 star.

Food was good but not as ordered. Why ask wheat or white if you don’t prepare what was asked for. And I HATE being asked for a tip when ordering. Perhaps that’s why I got the wrong bread etc.

We walked in 10 minutes before closing an everyone still greeted us with a smile. I had figured since we walked in at the last minute that our sandwiches would be kind of thrown together, but they took their time and made everything right and it was delicious!! We appreciated it so much and it was nice that they went the extra mile to make sure our food was still great, even at closing.
