BUGS in FOOD. I did like their sandwiches UNTIL I was eating towards the end and had a few crunches. I kept eating then 2 beetles crawled out of my sandwich. I am pretty sure everyone on the planet knows to wash the lettuce very well. So if they didn’t wash that what else did they not wash? This is exactly why I cook at home after the pandemic. I know food establishments were hit hard but it seems to have created a new low quality standard. No need to reply because you can’t undo this. I won’t eat at any of these places again. Always something a little off at this location but the bugs were a bit much for me.

SUPER SLOW!!! Over 20 minutes to make one sandwich, you can’t have everyone working on catering orders and no one helping customers in store. Food is always good, which is the only reason for the second star.

First and last time coming here. I ordered through the app to make things more efficient and it still took them 30 mins to make my sandwich. The 2 guys in there were working so slow and it wasn’t even busy. Disappointed.

First time at Firehouse Subs. The menu is abundant with different flavors and options. I ordered the Brisket BBQ sub. It was very tasty and the service was friendly and quick. The bread and ingredients are top notch. I love that it’s a more local spot for sandwiches. I’ve been looking for a new sandwich place to replace the main sub chain. I think I found it.

ATheir Engineer sub w/ the turkey, mushrooms (my fav!!), onion, lettuce, provolone, & Cajun Mayo is incredibly delicious!!! & The extra pickle spear you get on the side adds the perfect touch! I was a Subway fan for life.. But now that I’ve tried Firehouse Subs recently!..I’m very impressed! Also: the guys that work the drive thru (the main guy who usually is at the window during lunch time on weekdays esoare always sooo sweet & polite!! Great customer service!

Well the food is okay, the produce isn’t fresh the lettuce is wilted and old,the tomato was hot as well, the pickle was hot and not crisp/crunchy . When I drove up the place was slow/empty and no one at the drive through so no excuse for the tables to be dirty upon arrival no one greeted me upon entry I had to engage conversation with them, again the place is empty the drink area was clean and I was served in an decent amount of time yet again no one was there. Its about 6pm. And empty Guess Alvin is giving up on this place.

This Firehouse subs is a joke. Took over 30 minutes to get a sandwich made! It’s not even busy and everyone has had to wait an exorbitant amount of time for simple orders. No reason for this place to be so badly run and managed. It’s ridiculous. Firehouse should take away this franchise to stop damaging their reputation.
