I stopped by FireHouse Subs in Apex on my way home just the other evening. It was about 8:10pm so there was roughly 50 min left of the nights business hours. When I walked in, there was quite a long line of people standing there waiting for their subs / online orders to be done. I got inline and waited and then someone behind the counter yelled over pretty rudely to ask if I was picking up and order. I said no, walking in to eat and then rudely said to come over to the front of the line where those people where just standing but not ordering. Rude but whatever. So I walked up to the young guy at the counter and he says right off the bat, just so you know, we are only doing take out now… There was 50 min left to sit and eat in.. they just didn’t want to have to clean another table. Ridiculous.. I said okay and I’ll take my sub to go then. I was hungry..

Decided to stop here today ,I question our decision. I paid for my drink and the young cashier placed his finger in my cup.He looked at me a little strange upon my refusal of the cup,I asked for another. I told him he has been handling money,therefore his hands were NOT clean! Also, while eating my husband found hair in his sub. He low key informed an employee and she made him another sub. I would have given a 4, had he not found hair,and my cup given to me correctly. I noticed that they do not wear hair nets.

Have Been Several Times to this Location and always 4 Star experience, Had a Go Play Save Coupon for Bogo on Medium Subs for Triangle Locations and was told they don’t honor the coupon.Lost my business moving forward.

We had quite a bit to order as we were bringing food back to a large party. The workers were kind and patient and made sure to let us know that the meatballs in the gf netball sub were not gluten free. I had the tuna salad sub for the first time and was pleasently surprised. I ordered on gf bread and it tasted great! I imagine it tastes even better on regular bread

I ate here before, and the service was good. When I was standing in line to place my order, the family that was standing in front of me was trying to figure out what to order, which I wasn’t aware of. So, the guy that was taking the order asked me was I ready to order, and he thought that was so funny that I just didn’t go in front of them and order. I am just a considerate person when someone is in front of me. Maybe the guy wasn’t aware of it, but it came across to me as rude. It will be a long time before I go or ever.
