You truly feel like a burden to the staff here… they always make the place look as dark as possible an hour before closing so that people don’t come in (happened tonight). After walking in we were greeted with bad attitude… one of the staff even tossed the broom and openly complained out loud. The other didn’t even wash her hands after handling the cleaning rags before attempting to make our subs.

The food was great, but this is not the standard for Firehouse. The employees lack customer service a lot. Their attention to detail to keep items stock for the the self serve station is below par. I am not sure if I would go back again if I was on this side of town if I was craving Firehouse, or decide to wait until I was Altamonte Springs, where the customer service is more welcoming.

They changed the steak they use in the Philly to some kind of processed junk. It was un-edible. I used to go to firehouse all the time. Probably won’t ever eat there again.

The last time I ordered on the phone as usual . When my wife picked up the subs she noticed my sub was wrong so they redone it.when she got home I looked at my sub and it was made wrong again I asked for a large and got a regular Even though I paid for a large. Today we tried it again I spoke to manager and told her the error made she said she would fix it. And apologize for the mistake. When my wife arrived the manager handed her the subs and apologized once again. Then told her to have a good day and would not ring up the subs. .my wife asked 2 times if she was sure and said yes. One cannot ask for better customer service than that . No one .makes a sub better than firehouse and the Customer service is what you would expect from a large chain business as firehouse. My blessings has been restored lol.

We have not been here for a couple of years because of our last experience. Decided to give it a try last night. That was a big mistake. There was only one other customer in the place and it still took 20 minutes to get our food. The guy that took our order was polite but his clothing looked like it had not been washed in a month. He was constantly scratching his face and neck. Was also running his hands through his hair. Had only one glove on but what good would any gloves be when you are picking your body? The other person was on her phone and looked annoyed that she had to work. I believe the manager was trying to clean the lobby. The whole place was dirty and a disaster. The trash was overflowing. To top it off one of our sandwiches came out wrong and had to be redone. Grade F with no possibility of ever returning.

The staff (and managment) are unbelievably rude here. Our order was wrong and we had to go back three times to get it refunded because the staff didn’t know how to do it and then the manager was rude about taking care of their mistake. Will never go back to this location.
