I’m so disappointed!! My husband went inside to grab us some sandwiches. He ordered and waited 15 minutes before only bringing one sandwich and not two. They said they didn’t have his brisket. The only thing he likes there. Waited until after he paid for two combos before saying they didn’t have his sandwich. We wouldn’t have eaten here if we both couldn’t get what we wanted. Only refunded him his sandwich price and not the combo. Won’t return for lack of consideration. Also the sandwich I did get, was sad.. less meat, no pickle, no napkins, no care. Won’t be returning

Whoever works Sunday evenings must hate their jobs that’s all I know. Tried to call in a to-go order and they wouldn’t answer the phone. So drove up there, ordered one sandwich and waited over 30 minutes. Just average busy nothing crazy. Could’ve went to the grocery store and made our own sandwich at this rate.

First time visiting. My wife had the Virginia Honey Ham and I had the Italian. Both sandwiches were very good. I was shocked by the expense but the food tasted good enough to make up for it. We will definitely return in the future. I would highly recommend this location.

When I walked in, the guy behind the counter did not say one word to me. He didn’t say hello let alone didn’t even crack a smile for that. When I got to the counter I said, “hey how are you?” He literally just stands there and stares at me and doesn’t even speak. Making me uneasy. The only time he opened his mouth was to tell me my total. Didn’t even say, have a good day or nothing.

Close the store front if you’re woefully understaffed to meet your online bill orders and store front guests. 5 guests all walk in and we each took > 40 mins to order and get a sub; singular subs… Management failures.

The food was good during this trip to firehouse. The worst thing at this store is the service. Employees are very rude and uncaring. I ordered subs online for pickup. I get to the store around 6 minutes past the time it is suppose to be due. They didn’t even have one sub complete. Stood there for an extra 20 minutes for them to finish my online order. I put the order in around 11am and came in around 12:06pm. The order was suppose to be complete at 12pm. Left the store at 12:30. A little ridiculous, but no apologies or anything. Plus, there were free cookies online that was suppose to be free and we called about it, they said they would take care of it. Didn’t take care of it until I got to the store. They reran my order so it wouldn’t look late on their end. Will not be returning here for awhile and hope this review will change things.

Unfortunately, we used to love coming here. The service has gone way down hill. We were the first customers of the day. We stood there for about 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. I finally had to ask if someone could take our order. A young girl came in from being outside on her phone.

The cashier is very rude and you can tell she don’t like her job. She mistakenly upcharged us I understand stuff is confusing but you cant act like it’s our fault you didn’t do your job correctly.
