Beware of using the App! The store was closed (in middle of the day) but the app still allowed you to place an order. It charges my card for the order. Not able to reach anyone at the store or in the app. Had to dispute charge thru card.

Great store. They labeled the subs so we knew which was which. This rarely happens at other stores. They let me know my cookie was in the bag so I didn’t have to check. My sub was well assembled, hot and delicious. I always add jalapenos and each was high quality with no stems or end pieces that are tough to chew. On top of all that the workers were very friendly and appeared to enjoy being there with their fellow employees. Oh and my cookie was baked just right and not burned or dried out. My sweet tea was just right too. Not too sweet. Most places I have to mix in unsweetened tea to make it drinkable. Didn’t have that problem here.

Great food, and I recommend the Mac and cheese to. But for a place that was established by FF and emergency personnel. Its extremely disappointing that they don’t do any kind of Mil, FF, LEO, EMT, First Responder discounts. Cost me a family of 4- 65 dollars to eat there. We all got large combos but for sandwiches we definitely can not afford to eat there very often. Was a nice treat though.

People are nice…. But I got a large steak and cheese and asked for just onions and mushrooms. Paid $17 for a cold sandwich with green peppers and mushrooms… not what I asked for at all and it was cold. I don’t understand at all. They weren’t even busy.

Food was alright. I did have to wait quite sometime for a pre order online order. 10 or 15 minutes, not a huge deal. But it wasn’t busy with just 1 person in store. I was not greeted until 2 or 3 minutes after coming in and all the greeting I got was a ” huh” after stating I had an order to pick up. Then said I would have to wait. Not another word spoken to me while in store or when leaving. Service wasn’t great at all and with several other options for sandwiches, this is a big part of why people return to specific places. Doubt I will try this place again

Do not come to this location in the evening. The daytime staff isn’t bad but the evening staff is terrible. This location is close to my home so I have tried it a few times hoping for a better experience and each time is bad. The guy that was making sandwiches had a toothpick hanging out of his mouth. Their soda machine wasn’t working. They always close early. Tonight they were rolling up floor mats an hour and a half before closing time. Another night they ran out of tea an hour before closing and didn’t make anymore. The manager and employees are rude and act like you are bothering them by ordering food. This is hands down the worst Firehouse I have ever been to.
