Edit: They actually called me after this post and offered to either refund me my money or make our sandwiches for another day. We opted for the sandwich on a different day which they graciously made with no problem at all. We absolutely love their sandwiches, so hopefully it was just a fluke issue with their phones. Next time we’ll call in or order or just walk in!!!

Well I waited 15 mins for hook and ladder and a kids ham and cheese. Why? Because they have kids that work there. They would rather talk to each other, show each other what is on there phones or just huddle around and chat. I’m all for a good time but not when you have multiple customers waiting. All sodas were flat and restroom was dirty.

I ordered on their app at 10:55 am and got there at about 11:05 to pick up the order. I waited till 11:35 and nothing, so I went up to the counter to ask them if they had gotten my order and they said they did but that they didn’t know what happened with it and that they would start making it. It took till 11:47 to get my food. That’s 52 minutes it took them to make two medium subs. The subs were good but very bad experience. If their subs weren’t so good I probably wouldn’t return.

Too expensive! I get everyone is jumping on board with the inflation train and prices are going up, but not a good value as the medium sandwich I ordered was $10. I’m glad this establishment helps Firefighters, but its a bit expensive.
