Placed a large lunch order to pick up for work. Ended up having to break it up into two orders because for some weird reason, not explained on the online ordering portal, it wouldn’t take 12 lunches in one purchase. Once the shop was open, I could call and they walked n my e through it. The staff as very helpful. They carefully double checked the order as they packed it up. Food tasted good. The whole gang at the office appreciated this meal quality. Would do this again.

A variety of tasty sub options. Quality & fresh tasting ingredients and soft bread. Some proceeds go to help firefighters with life-saving equipment and you can even round up to the next dollar to help a little more if you want. I have had the meatball, the NY steamer and the Italian subs so far and all were delicious. The Italian was served warm which was a welcome change to the usual cold cut type from other sub shops. There are a variety of chip, drink & sweet dessert options available as well to make it a meal. I will definitely visit again.

Better than other national chain sub shops. Good sandwiches that come in different sizes. They use quality, fresh ingredients. Also offer salads, chili, soups, mac & cheese. To top it all off, they donate to local responder and EMS organizations. Stop in for a sub.

This place has great food but man the staff lacks energy. Walk in and say good afternoon and Happy Father’s Day. Literally no response. They will ask you to round up though. Little hospitality will go along way.

We don’t eat out very much due to my wife having Celiac so we tried this sub shop out tonight because they have gluten free options and these sandwiches are amazing. Will definitely be eating here again. Clean, friendly and quick service. Great job to the Beloit Firehouse Subs crew!!

I’m normally a huge sandwich/sub/hoagie guy. I’ve eaten them from everywhere including many firehouse locations. This location however, I will not return to. Service from the short redhead guy was absolutely not okay. He wasn’t just not friendly, he was rude. A sandwich came with onions, I turned to my wife next to me to see if she wanted to take them off or choose something else and he tells us “if you want to step to the side so I can help the next person while you figure it out.” It took me two seconds to ask her, no where near the time it took to even be greeted. There was no one inside eating and one person behind us. Give us a second. They were out of white bread so we had no choice but wheat. Toppings were center loaded and minuscule, mushrooms tasted old and rubbery. Bread tasted extremely dense and chewy. Not a good experience and certainly won’t return.

Terrific place to eat a sub! Extremely delicious meats, veggies, and sauces, and awesome professional service, and a relaxed atmosphere with sports playing on the TVs. The wheat bread option is very very good.

I had a pleasant experience at this Firehouse Subs. The subs were tasty as usual. Service was prompt. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and I don’t think that’s too bad for such a great, made to order, sub. I recommend stopping by.
