My family ordered for pickup from this restaurant. They ordered the hook & ladder and Italian, and I ordered the pepperoni meatball. the pepperoni meatball sub is a hot sub, and although I selected for my bread to not be toasted, the meatballs should still be hot. No one wants cold meatballs. When I showed up to pickup the order I let them know which order I was picking up and they told me it was going to take a few more minutes. That’s totally fine. What’s not fine is that if you know i’m here, why not call out that my order is ready like you did for the in store customers? They just put the bag on the pickup rack and expected me to just somehow know that that was my order. I did not see one worker in there that looked like they were in charge, and the workers that i did see half the time looked lost like they had no idea what they were doing. Incredibly disappointing.

Had a great experience. Food was amazing plenty of meats and veggies. One worker even asked to take my tray for me once I was finished. Wonderful customer service.

The food is delicious, but a little expensive. The service was great. The employee was friendly and the food was served quickly. I don’t know what to really say about the atmosphere. It had nothing to do with Firehouse, it was the lack of parenting by customers. Two screaming children who loved to throw food at each other and onto the floor.

I ordered steak and cheese with no peppers, received sub covered in peppers. Took sub back, they said they’d remake it. Waited over 10 minutes, went to ask about remake and they forgot. Very disappointed with service and remade sandwich was poorly made

Considering they were busy, the problem was not that I waited 26 minutes for a large sub. The issue is that they had my sub waiting on top of an oven on the back counter, and not until I walked up to ask if they were working on my sub was that they looked for my sub. When I asked how long had my sub been sitting there, the male employee said 7 minutes and then rudely slid the sub towards me and said have a nice night. No apology, no type of attempt to make it right.

Customer service was lacking. There was an employee just standing while 2 others were running around completing stuff. Placed an online order and was unable to pick it up from the window and then items were missing when I went inside to get it.

The worst Firehouse I’ve ever visited! I had to call twice to get them to pick up the phone When they did pick up, she put me on hold. I picked up my sandwich at the drive thru window, got home, and it wasn’t what I ordered at all. I tried to call them, but no answer. So I had to drive back up there. The girl was rude and not very friendly at all. I just asked for my money back and returned the sandwich. I’ve had not as bad experiences here before, but this one did it for me. I won’t be eating at this Firehouse again.

Disgraceful. I had not been here for awhile and now I remember why. My order was 28 minutes later than quoted because it was lost, I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through until I walked in to ask about my order and I saw them pick it up off the ground. I was told no manager was on duty, clearly just some kids not capable of the job
