Had a craving for Firehouse subs and this location was a good visit. The guy working was friendly and the service was decently quick. The Turkey, Bacon, and Ranch subs tasted great and sure hit the spot.

I had the most horrible experience with the young people at this restaurant. I entered the establishment for the first time in five years, trying to support local businesses this year. No one else was in the facility. The staff was very slow. After waiting approximately 10 minutes for my mini sandwich, I asked to just refund the money because I had to leave for a appt and the sandwich was not fully ready. They cursed using profanity and demonstrated absolutely horrible customer service. The young male behind the counter even stated “Get the Fuc$& out” after I asked for a refund!!!! Never received my money.had to call the credit card to cash. Corporate was notified and awaiting a response. Do NOT VISIT this establishment.

Not at all satisfied with my order. I called at 8:30 pm on a Friday, no answer. They don’t close until 9. Whatever. I ordered my sandwich online. When I arrived about 10 minutes later, there was a bag waiting for me. They didn’t have the chips I ordered with my sandwich, they were all out. I could see they were fulfilling a catering order, there were the chips I wanted in one of the catering boxes. Someone else will get them. The worker told me I would have to go through the online service to get a refund for my chips. That’s ridiculous! Then I checked my sandwich and it is definitely a small size instead of the medium that I ordered. I made the worker aware of this. I’ve been to Firehouse countless times over the last 2 years. Instead she decided to try and convince me what I ordered was in fact a medium. It’s not. I think they ran out of medium bread fulfilling the catering order and decided to still charge me as if I received a medium. Horrible! I will not return.

The folks working in there today were awful 9/15/2021 1130am I ordered the large chicken gyro and only half the sandwich had meat on it. It was made so sloppy I couldn’t eat it. I’ve had this sandwich before and never had to say anything negative until now. If I didn’t have a online class to get back to, I would have taken it back! Have pride in what you put out, if they don’t care about the product they serve, they shouldn’t work there. I am so disappointed, angry and frustrated. I was looking forward to eating this sandwich. Even the bag they put it in looked they took it out of the trash and reused it (Photos added) disgusting.

Get there 1202 pickup drive 5 minutes back to work to find out sub is cold chili bowl not even half full with no spoon provided. Wow hate say it but if this quality of food i stick with subway. Stay away from this location. Took 30 minutes to get my sub. When I finally got it the sub was awful. It’s hard to mess up a sub, this was the worst I’ve ever seen. The bacon was just 1 huge piece of gristle fat and 1 small piece of what I think was roast beef? It took so long that I needed to rush out otherwise I would have asked for a refund.

This particular location does not practice proper hygiene, the workers are disgusting! The cashier kept rubbing her hair and then gives you a cup without washing her hands. A few of the workers were sitting in the dining room and then go behind the counter to make sandwiches without washing their hands before putting on gloves. Also one of the workers in the food area sneezed but didn’t wash her hands afterwards. I decided to cancel my order and left, this place is not management properly, unacceptable!

I reviewed this Firehouse over a year ago and rated it low because of the extremely slow and discourteous service. Haven’t been back since. Tonight decided to give it another try as the store is blocks from my house. Sadly, nothing has changed. Ordered online and it gave me a pickup in 20 minutes. Got to the store to pickup sandwiches and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our order. Wow, seems as if nothing has changed. If you have a little under an hour to wait for subs, pick Firehouse in Bowie Marketplace. Poor and won’t be back. 0 stars.
