Cold meatballs in the new pizza meatball sub. When I say cold it tasted like they took refrigerated meatballs, tossed them in a sub and toasted it thinking the meatballs would get warm. Everything outside the sub was warm but the meatballs were ice old. Plus they forgot my 2 fountain drinks. Wanted to try this place out cause I love what the buisness is about with firefighters but it ended up being just another trash sub place.

Today I went for the second time to eat there, In my previous visit the attention was regular, today it was terrible, they didn’t greet me, they weren’t friendly, they talked to me while they kept doing their things… Anyway I picked up my order and left immediately from there, I don’t think I’ll come back, much less recommend this place until they improve the costume service

Employees were nice to me but they messed up my boyfriend’s sub. (He wanted no mayo and they practically had the stuff inside drenched in it) when he went back to get it fixed, they fixed it but gave him a smaller sized sub than what we had even paid for. My sub had a lot of the condiment/dressing too but wasn’t as bad as my boyfriend’s. Will not be going back

Ordered the roast beef sub and it was great! Ordered the Turkey with no mustard and it had mustard!!! They forgot my pickle too!!! I ordered chili and it was disgusting! Looked like dog food! IF I order again it’ll ONLY be the roast beef sub! Not going to waste my money on anything else!!!

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sub, which was loaded with roast beef, turkey, and Swiss cheese. The bread was fresh and the meats were perfectly cooked. The highlight of my meal, however, was the Firehouse Chili. It was a hearty and flavorful addition to my sub, and really set it apart from other sandwich shops. Overall, I highly recommend Firehouse Subs for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.
