Extremely rude Hispanic/African gentleman. After being a smart mouth he went to the back and had the other employees take my order. Considering we were the only people here, this little guy should consider an attitude adjustment. Nothing is more disgusting than a young angry minimum wage employee.

This firehouse location is by far the best I’ve ever been to, the food was delicious, the service was fast friendly and very helpful and the dining room was clean .the best part of the experience was the manager on duty Britney you are awesome!!

3rd visit. First two visits my order was incorrect. This time they actually made it with the correct toppings. Unfortunately you get 1 tiny piece of bacon for $1 add on fee. Officially done with this location.

Every time I come to this location, I have to send my order back at least once because I get the wrong sandwich. No matter what I order, I always end up with the hook and ladder. Most of the time, I have to send my sandwich back twice. Quite ridiculous.

Just have one thing that needs to be said. Its not just this restaurant that proves to have the same issues, month after month. It’s a real shame that so many restaurant owners have chosen the hands free soap dispensers in their restrooms.

Firehouse hasn’t disappointed me yet. They are always fast friendly and have a clean restaurant. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Still giving 5 stars being that the only complaint I have is that I can never seem to place my order online for pick up . Other than that no other complaints food is great.
