This place would be great if the staff was a bit more invested into their work and not so much into just hanging there. I shouldn’t take 20 min to get a sandwich when there’s very few people eating in there. This has happened twice now and I must say I’m not impressed. However the sandwiches are pretty good

For the last 6 months or so every time we get food here they have either partly or completely messed up my order. When we first started getting food from here it wasn’t bad at all. But recently their quality has seriously dropped.

The girl who took our order clearly was not interested in doing her job nor doing it with any sort of gusto or customer service. She had attitude the entire time she spoke, huffed a lot and seemed to get frustrated when we could barely hear her or weren’t moving fast enough to get our cards back. She went to clean the seating area and swept one table, leaving the rest of the lobby to look horrible and dirty, also not wiping tables or chairs. Whenever we are, we watched her sweep dirt under the soda machine instead of picking it up. Then, when I asked for a box for the rest of my meal, she slammed down the box and rolled her eyes at me. The sandwiches were amazing however and the rest of the staff greeted us wonderfully.

This is the 3rd time we’ve eaten there and they’ve made my order incorrect. They repeat it back to me, it’s on the receipt but my sub is made wrong. Also the steak and cheese is cold. Isn’t it supposed to be hot? Yuck. Won’t be eating there again anytime soon.
