My wife and I showed up we have not always had the best of service but this time A beautiful young lady came to the register with just a fantastic smile and so professionally took or order and I also talked to Chris what a cool guy so polite and obviously a good worker. I wasn’t sure of there names so I asked another employee Amari another beautiful young lady that was so polite and helped me out such a great staff. This is what every company needs people like this.

Sub was good but I bought cookies and never got them. they never said nothing they left a note on my receipt. there was six people working only one customer and no one could of told me. found out when i got to work when it was lunch time at midnight.

After a long day, I stopped at Firehouse subs to get dinner. Ordering with quick and easy. My wait time was much less than at others Firehouse Subs restaurants. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

This is the hook and lader sandwich I got which I asked for lettuce on it. Unfortunately I guess they don’t know how to make a sandwich. New people all the time and it just gets worse. The manager is a teenager. Where is the owner ? Shame on them since the money goes to fire fighters. But they can’t make a decent sandwich. It’s doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make a sandwich. I guess the owner doesn’t care.

the guy named joshua at the register is so so kind and is the best person here. we come often in camden and he’s always working so hard and goes beyond to take care of the customers. will be back, for the 100th time!! ☺️

Horrible slow! Don’t place orders they wait till you show up to start it. So if there is a huge line it’s pointless to place a order. They told me it would just be a few minutes and it ended up taking almost 20 mins for a online order to be finished.

I usually give businesses a few tries before I leave a negative review. Every time, every single time I’ve gone to this Firehouse I either wait because they are beyond slow or my order just sits off to the side until someone realizes I’ve been waiting. Also, it’s not a good look to be bad mouthing customers within earshot of another customer. I won’t be paying $26 for two subs and terrible service ever again. Edited to add….order was wrong when we got home.

I’m really sad, as of late I haven’t been getting any response from their phone number any time that I call. Other than that, this place always is the best when I get to order. But when the app isn’t working, and their phone number isn’t working either, I’m left with waiting inside for a bit. They have great subs and are always friendly. Even when I need to make adjustments to the sub and such as I am a picky eater! It’s wonderful and I hope they know how good their team is.
