The subs are good. The service and wait at Camillus location is horrible. 3 people workings and no clear indication of who’s doing what and or motivation. Nobody greeted me or would make eye contact with me for a good five minutes. Waited almost 20 minutes for one medium sub and it wasn’t busy. I left, feeling frustrated and not wanting to go back to that location. The quality of food is not worth the service here

Firehouse subs is great but im sad to see over the past two months any time that I have tried to order online their website states that this store in particular no longer offers online ordering through their own website. Other 3rd party options seem to be available but additional costs and fees are associated. I am sad to see this feature discontinued at this location because of its convenience. Due to the greater length of time it takes for staff to make the sandwiches I cant say I will be returning to this location when there are faster options available.

A friendly place with nice employees. The food is fresh. I love places with signature sandwiches since I don’t liked to have to make decisions about what to have on my sandwich in what combination. I like to find out what proprietor thought tasted good.

The subs were swimming in mayo to the point the meat globs slide off the roll when eaten. The meats were not spread out but were just put on in blobs. No other condiments other than lettuce a tomato. I was not asked if I wanted any so I thought they were standard. Very, very disgusting! I was the only customer so it wasn’t like they were busy!

Ordered a NY Steamer but it came nowhere near like the picture on the website. I know food almost never looks like what is advertised but this one certainly had a lot less meat and the other half had less than that. Skip this next time.

I used to go to this location twice a week as the hook and ladder is my favorite sub. I have not been able to go since they started closing at 7pm. Saturday night I was able to make it at 5:50pm and was excited to get my favorite sandwich. As soon I walked in the girl says ” It will be at least 15 minutes till I get to you, in a tone as if she didnt want my business. I said I’ll wait and sat down directly accross from the register for around ten minutes. A customer walks in from the street and they immedietly take his order. I shouted I’ve been here ten minutes. I got a couple luke warm apologies and my order taken. My food came out and was given to me. The sandwich was excellent. I sat there for a few minutes expecting one of the employees of the shop to stop by and ask how the sandwich was and give a sincere apology. I waited a while and I walked out with out a word. I understand the stress of being backed up and don’t ever hold that against anyone and I didnt mind waiting. I would recommend some perception training as it is not what you say but how it is percieved that matters. Im not sure if I’ll go to this location again.

There were 2 people working. A lady had a large order, so they were both helping her, so after 20 minutes of being ignored I left and never got anything and probably would never go back there.
