This place ypu always need to expect to wait at least 20 minutes for a sandwich. Service is par. Every time my sandwich has something wrong with it. Ordered to go got home and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch. No ranch and drenched in mayonnaise it tastes awful. Won’t be back.

Made a online order and got here 20 mins later order wasn’t ready and the staff wouldn’t even look at the customers waiting but wanted to goof off with the other staff can tell when there isn’t a person in charge took over a hr to get my order done

My first time to eat a Firehouse sub. To me they were okay. The bread was not fresh at all. Very stale bread! I had the Italian sub. My wife had the hook n ladder. I also bought a meatball sub. To my wife and I the meatball sub was the best. I’m not so sure about the Firehouse subs. Will have to try them another again later.
