Ordered online for pickup. Picked up at exactly the time it said would be ready. They were still working on it. As soon as they gave it to me,I walked to the car and it was cold. Both sandwiches tasted bad. Kinda like the vegetables and sauces had lost their flavors. We’ve eaten here several times,but this was the worst experience with the food ever. Just tasted like cold sandwich bread. Please do better because the food here is usually good

We love Firehouse Subs. While in Cartersville Ga we stopped by for a family lunch. The place was packed but the crew had everything handled. We got our food quickly. The place appeared clean even though there was a Saturday crowd.

Last 3 times ive come in it was horrible service. Workers were un-professional and inconsiderate. 2nd time was orders were missing all veggies and gave just meat m cheese… 3rd time missing veggies & extra veggies when paid for them…so I’ve lost hope until well……oh &we added our own onions because they forget veggies

So.. tonight, my wife and I stopped in for dinner. I was REALLY bummed when my favorite drink – the diet cherry limeade was out on the freestyle machine. I asked the girls at the counter if they could refill it. They both shrugged and said they didn’t know how. They asked around the crew and this young man named Jake said he wasn’t sure but he’d try. Well.. apparently it’s not super easy, but he stuck with it and taught himself how to do it. He got it working in short order, closed the door and it started pouring my favorite drink! That’s the kind of positive, can do attitude that we desperately need more of in this country. Jake is obviously the “go the extra mile” type and this customer is very grateful for the effort. Thank You Jake. Oh yeah…the sandwich was tasty as well.
