This location sucks. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a medium firehouse hero sub on white and a large firehouse hero sub on wheat. Not only did it take almost 30 min for them to make it….I ended up with two medium subs on wheat that had lettuce tomato cheese and chicken……how hard is it…..really?!?! And then to top it off the bread isn’t even toasted…

Let me start by saying I used to work for Firehouse Subs (not this location) for almost a year back while I was in school, and this was easily the worst Firehouse I’ve ever been to. No “WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE!” or much of any communication from the employees at all. I just wanted a quick bite before an appointment next door and it was honestly a waste of $10. I ordered a small Turkey Bacon Ranch, with a medium combo. They didn’t take my rewards and I had to manually enter the receipt into the app. They didn’t hand me my drink cup or even gesture for me to take it myself. The employee appeared to be completely dead inside. Don’t get me wrong, working food service can depress even the happiest people but there wasn’t even the slightest attempt to fake it and these are probably just kids trying to make ends meet themselves so I can’t imagine just how terrible the management must be here. A complete lack of leadership. When I finally received my sub I had said for here but they packaged it to go. I opened it immediately and sat down to start eating. I don’t think anyone ever even trained these employees. The meat is supposed to be carefully tilted and drained after being removed from the steamers as to prevent the bread from getting soaked in the seamer water. Clearly no one taught them that because every single review states the subs are soggy and I can attest to that statement. A fresh hot sub should NOT be soggy seconds after being made. To top off thee poor experience, there wasn’t even any bacon on my Turkey Bacon Ranch… I didn’t even bother to tell them because by that point I knew it would fall on deaf ears and it wouldn’t have made the sub any better anyway. This whole location should just be gutted. New owners, new management, and a whole new atmosphere, there’s no other way to save this place. If an owner or some corporate entity actually reads this review, take this advice: bring in some personnel from a highly rated location and revamp the entire space. Retrain all the employees, from the top down, management included, and put some actual life back in this building. It’s no wonder there also seems to be an inability to keep staff, no one wants to work somewhere that the employees look like they’re already dead… If you’re a customer and you’ve read this far: pick a different location, I promise the food has more potential than this.

I have had the absolute worst experience here. First off I spent 35$ on two subs because the subs are amazing….. but this time was terrible.. I got there after ordering online within about 8 minutes…got the food home.. it was cold! I ordered a side salad and was given a bowl of brown lettuce, some mozzarella cheese and some what I think was peppers… there was red sauce finger prints in the salad bowl.. it was just terrible.. the side salad is almost 5$… needless to say we took it back because that is just ridiculous… my husband walks in and states we just picked up our order and showed the salad.. the guy at the counter says “I told you… I told you!” So they already knew… then the other kids started saying “this is the day… I’m about to lose it”…..then proceed to say we’ll what goes in a salad… I never made one….. the entire situation was wrong… I definitely won’t order from there ever again.

We’ve always had good firehouse experiences and this was not it. The quality has definitely gone down over the years and this store is becoming one of the worst. Stopped in for a quick lunch before shopping so ordered 3 half sandwiches, a drink and 2 bags of chips so we wouldn’t have food left in the car in the hot sun. The 2 teenagers working seemed to have no clue what was going on or how to work at a job. Literally no management to supervise them. If the 1 was a supervisor I’d be really surprised but maybe not with how badly run this location is. 3 different signs up hiring different positions. There’s me , my husband and my daughter. They give us our 3 sandwiches on 1 tray. Like why would we share a tray. My husband asked for more trays and was given 1. I used a napkin as a plate. Another disappointment was the size portions. My husband’s meatball sandwich had 2 meatballs and literally no marinara except what was barely hanging for dear life on the meatballs. The girl seemed confused about us wanting more sauce saying the meatballs just come with a little sauce on top. That was never an issue before so I’m guessing you guys are charging more and giving less. For the money we paid I’d expect a little more especially being out of things or things clearly gone bad. Yet they charged us and served us these items. The extra pickles did not make up for the lack of food and awful experience. The place was dirty and empty but these girls are listening to music and hanging out instead of working. We’ll definitely not be back to this firehouse and honestly probably not any others if they are all going in the same direction.

The franchise owner of this location refused to honor the national advertised promotion for 6/20/23 and was downright rude about it. The condition of the restaurant is dirty and dingy. Service like this will put the chain out of business. I refuse to return. You lost my business.

Placed an order through the app when I arrived to pick up my food the store is closed there is no employees coming to the door. As I am sitting in the parking lot they are leaving and rolling blunts throwing out Dutch wrappers on the floor. Two younger females in a white Hyundai Sonata license plate IL54MI!!! Fire them! Close the Store!

First employees are working without any initiative. Second, when I came home and I opened my order, one of the sub wasn’t what I ordered, I ordered a New York Steamer and they give a Steak and cheese not even with cheese. It is so frustrating that I come from work tired, stop there to get the sub that I want, and they give me the wrong order. They need to pay attention to what they are doing.

Ordered a tuna sandwich and got a sad amount of tuna between two pieces of bread with absolutely nothing else. The order was placed online with their app and the only modification was extra cheese (which is not present, along with any other toppings).

7:53 walk in to two guys chilling on their phone with the lights half off… Like they wanted you to think it was closed. Acted like I was an inconvenience to make them do a job they’re getting paid for. Great place

In all honesty, the worst experience to be had here is the employees. As former worker of the service industry(never worked for Firehouse once), this location is awful to work for. As a customer I come in wanting a good experience, but I see the conditions they work in. My goodness no wonder they’re always hiring. Upper management needs to either get with the landlord to fix the conditions they work in, or the franchisee needs to change locations. Food is always good, but I have not seen one smiling face on an employee since I’ve been a customer. No wonder the service is poor, it’s management that needs fixing.
