Don’t place an online order here, they don’t pay attention and give your order to someone else. Manager is mousy and needs to learn to speak up if she’s gonna be a team lead and have more confidence in herself. Your employees screwed up. Make it right.

First visit….. difficulty finding it with shrubbery covering their roadside sign. Both first and second visits, napkins were left out. Both times orders were done from their website then picked up from their drive through and there’s no box to check for napkins. Second visit my dill pickle spear was left off. I did call the store when I discovered this happened again (napkins) and asked for the manager and told him what I thought about their carelessness then hung up on him without waiting for a lame excuse. Also both times afterwards I filled out a complaint on their website and asked to be contacted by email (I don’t want to voice talk to someone who’s too incompetent to put napkins in the bag as I’ll lose it and go off on them). Neither time was I contacted!!! Ya know….. when customers pick up food to go, it SHOULD BE ASSUMED that we need napkins ! Are we supposed to wipe our mouths with our socks? I hate going to church with mustard stains on my socks. Seriously….. more training at this store is needed and corporate needs to follow up on WHY COMPLAINTS AREN’T BEING PROPERLY ADDRESSED AND REMEDIED. AT THIS POINT NOW ITS TOO LITTLE TO LATE AND I’LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

This is why I don’t ever tip at these places. Place an order at the drive thru, then get asked to tip them (for what?) then find out I’m missing half my order. Call the manager, ask for a refund, manager asks me for my credit card number. No sir, eff that noise.

Went to the location to buy a sub and not only was the guy nasty on the headset the cashier was too. Call Corporate and asked for an area supervisor, and was told they didn’t have that info, but she could send a message to the store. I declined ,just useless.

30 minutes in line at the drive through so far. Ordering took forever because the person taking orders had to hear them three times to get them right. Still two cars ahead of us in line. I could have left and gotten other food and been home by now. Get it together.

Terrible service and order was totally incorrect. Bread was so saturated you needed a spoon to eat. Threw the large sub in the trash. Manager just made up excuses after talking with her on the phone. Wasn’t concerned at all. Don’t think they’ll make it at this location. My first and last.

Very nice salads with finely diced cucumbers, tomatoes and green peppers. Definitely not thrown together. I will visit again.
