Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The kids loved the fire helmets, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful even though orders were flying in. I have yet to have a bad sub from here. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable for dining in. Highly recommend!

The food was amazing, I got a New York Steamer and had no complaints. The mean is very juicy too. My only issue was that it was somewhat cold inside, but it’s also freezing today.

Easy pick up experience, good size cups, very clean restaurant, and friendly service. The subs were amazing, Chipotle Mayo is soo good, and the bread was cooked perfectly. The amount of meat you get in this sandwich is so filling and so satisfying – keeps you full all day. 10x’s better than their competitors. Will definitely be ordering from there again soon!

Store is always very clean, and the food is fine, quick, but not always the best attitude. I get everybody has bad days though… I normally don’t leave reviews, good or bad, but this is a repeat issue I have at this location. I would understand if I showed up one minute before close or something, but it was 45 minutes before close… Again, food is fine (thank you!), but I don’t think I’ll be back for a while, didn’t feel welcome. I want to express I understand if you’re having a bad day, but just saying hello and wishing someone a good night isn’t too much to ask, especially when imo I am an easy going customer who only ever orders one sub. It sucks because I like supporting my local emergency people, I always round up.
