This happens way to often order online go to pick it up and you get home to find you have the wrong order and then they want you to come back to get your right order or bring it back tomorrow without compensation. You spend your time and gas for their mistakes. If I wanted it tomorrow I would have ordered it tomorrow I wanted to come home after work eat and relax and get ready for my next day of work not run back so you can-get my order right! . and then they offer double points and they can’t even do that !

Every time I go to this location it takes 3-5 minutes for someone to come and take my order and it always seems as if I’m an inconvenience to them. The sandwiches are typically fine, but it’s always an awful experience having to order and wait for the food to finally come out.

Ordered hot subs to go. It was put in the container rather than just wrapped up. So, it was in good shape and kept somehow warm even after we come back home. Meat was very juicy and tasty. Medium sandwich alone was enough for my meal without any chips or addition.

Had a quick stop at my bank next door. Thirsty so ran inside to get a dtink. Over 3 dollars for a small soft drink. That i fixed myself. If restaurants dont think we dont know it costs max 4 cents to them for the drink. Well I’m not impressed. Wanted to try their food. But to over blatantly charge for a simle item that costs them the 3 seconds to pay the worker to ring it up. I don’t find them to be neighborhood friendly, much less customer friendly. May be great food . I’ll never know wont try them for anything. Sorry how i feel.

These are the reviews I always question if I should leave….but if I was an owner and poured my life and funds into opening an establishment I would want to know. If you dont know, you cannot improve, right? If we didn’t love the sandwiches, we probably would not keep coming back. It’s always like everyone hates being there working. No greeting with a smile, no basic customer service, almost feels like we are bothering them or interrupting something when we come in, and this is a regular thing, not one visit.

Went here on Sunday for a “quick bite to eat” there were four young men working and all seemed lost. It seemed as if they were only focusing on to-go orders. After 30 minutes of waiting I approached the counter and the two closest to me would not make eye contact. Never once acknowledged me standing there. I finally said excuse me we’ve been waiting 30 minutes for our food. No one looked up nor was I ever acknowledged. So we left. Never got our food, got so frustrated and left. The place was a mess and the young men were clearly struggling to keep up yet there was no clear signs of “management” anywhere.
