This is the worst Firehouse Subs to which I have ever been. Service was slow and the girl acted like I was interrupting her break to have to wait on me. There was very little meat on my sub. It was a large but had less meat than you would expect on a small. I ordered a Hero and it didn’t even have roast beef or cheese on it! I had to go back and tell them. They heated up some in a to go box and gave it to me to put on my sandwich! It burned my fingers when I put it on my bread. By the time they called me up to get it my ham and turkey were cold. I did not even get an apology. I did get an excuse… that the employee who made my sandwich is new. That’s all. I will never be back to this place!

I stopped for lunch today cuz I hadn’t been here in a long time. I got the medium Firehouse hero with chips and drink. The sandwich, as usual, is very tasty and piled high with a good amount of meat. The service is quick and they have the fancy drink machine with dozens of beverage flavor options. I guess my main complaint is price. The sandwich alone is $10, before tax. The meal is almost 15 bucks. I know inflation is still a thing but I guess I’m too old school cuz I have a big problem spending that much for a lunch-sized sandwich. Final verdict: tasty but GRIPPY.

Why have your store open on Memorial Day if you don’t want customers to come in? The workers didn’t even bother turning on the open sign, I’m assuming to deter customers from coming in. Because from the outside the windows are so dark it looked like they are closed with the open sign being off. It was 2:00 in the afternoon. We almost left when seeing this, but noticed customers inside, so we went in. I tried to order a veggie sub that contains sauteed veggies, but I was told they didn’t have any sauteed veggies to make the sandwich with. Why? Because they didn’t bother taking the time to sautee veggies for the day/they just didn’t want to saute veggies because they were being lazy. So they also wouldn’t be able to make a Philly cheese steak, because…no sauteed veggies. I asked what other veggies they had so I could build my own veggie sandwich. I was told they had lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I know they also have pickles, banana peppers and olives. I could have made a sandwich with those ingredients, but was only told they have lettuce, pickles and onions. Needless to say I took my business to subway instead.

Ordered door dash, they left out my 3 bags of chips and brownie. When I called the chenal store the lady that helped me said I would need to come pick them up. I said I have a infant asleep which is why I ordered door dash. I said well can you just credit my card back and she said she couldnt do that, that she will write my name down and in my free time i can pick up what’s missing. Really?? Terrible service from door dash not checking the order. Even worse for the store no checking it and no making it right for the customers convenience.

I Ordered The Veggie on Wheat Bread. It was The Best Damn Sandwich I’ve Ever HAD! I got it Delivered and Called FireHouse to Tell Them to extra toast it and to include their Delicious Sauce and they did NOT disappoint. My Sandwich was Delicious and Hot! they went above my expectations!

It has been about 5 years since I’ve visited a Firehouse Subs. I’ve always loved their sandwiches and was very excited to see that they have a small sub option available. The sandwich was great, as always, but I rated lower due to the pickle experience. The sad little pickle should not have been served, it was nothing more than a shriveled up piece of pickle flesh.

Ordered online and still had to wait an additional 18 min to get food. When there 3 people was making sandwiches, but only one wear a mask. One lady had the mask on her chin only and the other one had it around her neck. Both was constantly talking back and forth while adding the condiments on the sandwiches. This place need to do a better job with their safety measures with their staff!
