Customer service was poor. Cashier got my order wrong and tried to tell me I ordered the wrong sandwich. The manager said the order should have been verified but it was not. Felt like I was bothering them even though the store was empty and it was 45 min before closing. Food is good but next time I will order online.

I was told by a coworker that their sandwiches were top-tier when compared to their fellow sandwich shops. I took a glimpse at their menu and I was immediately drawn to the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket Sandwich. The bread, meat, cheese, and sauce were a perfect balance. I went with a medium sandwich just to be safe, but I definitely will want a large sandwich the next time I dine with them.

I was given a gift card and was disappointed to find out gift cards cannot be used through their app. The side pickle tasted like it was ran over by a firetruck before being plated. The Smokehouse sub lacked flavor besides the BBQ sauce used and the Cherry Limeade is terrible. Can’t find myself going back.
