I live 40 minutes away. Picked up dinner from here on my way home. Finally get home to eat and so far have pulled a total of 4 hairs out of both of my sandwiches. Called the store and was informed the ONLY way to get a refund is for me to drive the sandwiches all the way back to the store as proof. Now I’ve spent money on a meal I can’t eat, and the shift lead treated me as if I was over reacting to the situation….

Just got home with dinner and it had a hair in it. Decided to just eat the other half and it also had a hair in it. The second sandwich in our order also ended up having hair in it. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t really care that there was a hair in the food. Will not be back and do not recommend. Ew.

I asked 2-3 times if the soup has bacon in it and I was told NO. Brought the soup home and sure enough it had bacon in it, my money ended up in the trash. So disappointing, could’ve had an allergic reaction if I didn’t notice sooner! So frustrating, especially after asking multiple times to make sure.

Always great tasting food. They were busy, but the subs came out tossed together. We opened the chicken sub at home and the bread and meats, etc had fallen apart. Have been multiple times, first bad experience and it’s not even a really bad one.
