Arrived about 11:45a just before the big lunch push. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Walked to order area, and friendly cashier placed my order. A steady flow of customers filed in and the line started getting longer. The wait time was reasonable and everyone seems content in receiving their order in a moderate wait at the peak of lunch.

Tipping is never mandatory (but I always do) and when I put four dollars in your cup which you handed to me, can I at least get a thank you for the tip or a thank you that I just gave the company you work for money for my food. Very unfriendly staff working today. And the guy working there with the pretty longish hair should really have it pinned up.

I asked if they would wrap my sandwich and lettuce leaves instead of doing it in bread because I am on a low-carb diet they don’t do that their the roast beef was overcooked and is well done too much lettuce not enough meat my wife’s sandwich the bread isn’t really good either at least the roast beef in Jimmy John’s is medium rare Firehouse subs makes it well done and cuts it up in little pieces. Overall I would not go back to this location

Cashier had long thick hair. With only a visor on. The lady who prepared the subs was very engage with every one… I am not sure what I expected. Not sure what they put my sandwich meat in and seemed like my bun was warmed… Live a mile away it was a pile of mush and every tasted the same. Not great…. Al I wanted was a good Italian sub

Great customer service, great subs, slow as hell, every location. I know it takes a little longer to steam the meat. Last time it took 20 minutes to get 2 subs. I almost didn’t come back this time, but I thought they deserved another shot. Took about 10-12 minutes this time, with one customer in front of me. Cooperate needs to figure something out.

We visited about a week ago and they completely messed up our order, not 1 or 2 sandwiches but ALL 3!. I stopped back by to let them know, simply as curtesy, I asked for nothing in return. Before I could bid the gentleman a good day, he apologized for the service, offered no excuses, just an honest apology. Then he offered me two coupons for later discount and followed up with offering to cover my next meal. So, today I came in to order lunch and true to his word our lunch was on the house! Excellent customer service, friendly people and a staff who truly cares for their customers! I highly recommend this location.
