Normally I love Firehouse. Always get the Italian. These were skimpy on meat and had no condiments on them. This location has kids running it without an adult in site. The one on Stage rd is outstanding by comparison. The tomatoes were more white than red. This is Tennessee in August and the tomatoes were shameful. I’ve never understood why sandwich shops don’t use fresh produce.

So have been to this location 3 day in a row but on third day Saturday Aug 12 2023 an employee was working walked to back rubbing his hands throughout his hair then sat down on chair in back of storage area looking at phone then proceed back to front of service Line about to grap gloves wait but didn’t bother to wash his hands seriously after rubbing his hand all through his hair. And when he was told he did it yes but acted like he didn’t do anything wrong and proceed to laugh and make comments. Now I have food service have a food handlers card and sevsafe. Firehouse subs represents Fire Fighters if you had a star for him he didn’t have a name tag or hat on so not sure what his title is but I will be returning but he will not be fixing my food

Love the food at firehouse. Hated the service at this particular one because the woman that was taking our order had already made us wait while she swept, then after she came to the register, we had to wait while she was texting in her phone. On top of that she had the audacity to smirk at me when I said something. We found another one to dine at, not that it mattered to her.
