I have always been satisfied with their food, but last night, it was definitely off. I ordered, my wife ordered, and there were things left off our sandwiches. There was an extreme amount of mayonnaise on it. Maybe better next time.

Staff didn’t greet us when arriving, sandwiches were sloppy and half put together when served to us. Sales floor and tables weren’t clean. Bathroom had trash on the floor and the sink was gross. The staff was swearing and having inappropriate conversations with each other loud enough for us to hear them. Not a great experience.

I was charged for extra drink which ok but then when I go to drink counter only have unsweetened Tea then go to soda station and every regular soda you push is out so all I was offered was a bottle of coke your telling me they couldn’t replace any of the soda then by time I get home which Im down the street my food is ice cold this firehouse is nothing compared to the great service I’m use to in Illinios.

Food was not warm. Staff looked unclean. Not a good thing when handling food. Dandruff on back of his uniform. Everything went in the trash. Soup was still microwave. Reheated in front of me. Not warm. Bad experience this time. No usual smiles when greeted.

I’m disabled and never ate here before. I was outside with an disabled lady whom wanted to order sandwiches but wanted to ask question before ordering. So I called and was put on hold. No one inside and was left on hold whole I watched the employees inside talking and walking around. Til I was tired of waiting and saw a crowd of people pulling up to go in. I asked why I’m still on hold but no one is busy(while holding my phone in hand). Guy didn’t answer just asked if he could help me. I asked again, he just said sorry can I help you! REALLY WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT! Meanwhile my phone was still on hold for over 8 minutes and counting!
