Food was delicious. I gave the “service” a 3/5 due to no one said Welcome to Firehouse when I walked in the door and the guy that took my order never smiled or was friendly. Talked monatone and you could tell he didn’t want to be there. The other two workers were very friendly when they called me up for my order and one of them said for me to have a great day.

Prices are standard. Customer service was good. They do offer military discount. The lady was nice but she kept messing up my order. Sandwiches are good but nothing special. For a medium $13 meal I’d expect a little bit bigger sandwich and more meat on it. Didn’t fill me up. Maybe I just had a bad first experience but I probably will not risk coming back.

I stood in line for 5 entire minutes with no help while an employee just stood behind the counter doing nothing. The other employee was with another customer. He didn’t even say anything to me. It was my birthday. I left there and went to subway. Also the grooming of the actual employees appearance turned me off immediately. That is not to be hateful just being 100% honest. Veggie sub is absolutely disgusting BTW. I had that awhile back at another location and it was soaking wet bread.

I’d like to give this location a thank you! I went in today and it was my birthday so I got a free sandwich through their rewards thing on the app. There was a man and a women working around 6:00pm on 1/14/23. They were very kind to me and it tends to hit a bit harder when people are nice to you on your birthday so thank y’all again! Tbh I have never had any issues with this location. Service and food are always good. 🙂

They have always had the best sandwiches, however today it wasn’t that good. Both of my sandwiches, that I paid $30 for, were cold and the buns didn’t even seem toasted. They took 15+ minutes to make the food, when there was only two people in there. Hopefully next time I go back things are different..
