Good solid sandwich, quick friendly service. Clean dining room. Parking can be a little tight during peak hours. Soda machine needs attention, several of the options I chose were flat, mostly syrup. Otherwise a really good lunch!

Grabbed dinner from Firehouse subs. I recommend the Hook and Ladder. It’s a turkey and ham sub with mayo, deli mustard, and veggies. The ham has a smoked flavor and a bit of sweetness from honey. That really compliments the saltiness of the turkey and pickle. I got a large, which was almost too much. But I ate it all. We ordered ahead and got there to pick it up with zero wait. The staff were polite and parking was right by the door. All systems go when I went. Nice visit and experience. I’ll be back in the future.

Showed up to grab a sandwich and they lock the doors early before closing and turned all the lights off as I was standing outside and just looked at me. Their hours are until 9pm but apparently they won’t serve you in Franklin past 8:30.

I got here at 8:41 and the door was already closed and the sign says open and then when I start knocking after five minute the guys just ignored me and turned the sign off. While I’m writing this review still it’s not 9 o’clock yet and the sign is off.

I was not going to do a review, but the visit kept getting more aggravating. The store closes at 9pm. I got there at 7:45pm. No sweet tea, ok no problem, I’ll get unsweet! The floor was dirty all over dining area. At 8:10pm, I go for a refill and they have already pulled the unsweet tea for cleaning. Business was very slow and there was plenty of unsweet tea. One employee did suggest to open the one tea jug in the cooler, but another employee said no that was just a display (never sold). I place another order to go, and I realized that they were probably waiting to sweep the floor at the end before mopping so not to sweep twice. They were definitely in closing mode as they were filling all of the ice machines at 815pm for the next day. I get it; you want to get out on time. Just aggravating.
