If your gonna get food here make sure you do so during the very wonderful day shift, who will handle any issues in the most professional manner. Do not go at night time because the staff is very rude. Placed an online order and the system apparently glitched not informing the staff I had placed an order which was fine i understand that happens but i did not appreciate how the staff responded. The Staff even accused me of lying to obtain free food which was NOT the case because I had the order information on my mobile app.

Food was great and manager service was good as well since that’s who served me my food and checked me out. The other employees must have been on break altogether as a group though. A very uninviting atmosphere where you felt ignored and in the way.

Worst Firehouse i have been too. Service was slow and not friendly. Sandwich was not made the way i ordered. The soda machine only has 3 or 4 things, all sugar free stuff. When they handed me my bag it was filthy. Glad i don’t live near this shop.
