I have never eaten at a Firehouse Subs and now know what I’ve been missing. The sandwiches were delicious! I ordered the club on a sub and a friend ordered the Italian. The bread was fresh and so soft. Both sandwiches were fresh in flavor and full of meat, cheese, lettuce tomatoes, and onion. The condiments were equally distributed on the sandwiches. After eating here, I doubt I will ever ear at a Subway or Jimmy John’s again. This restaurant was very clean and the staff were very kind and friendly. They seem to be LGBTQ friendly. It is on the first floor and easy access for wheelchairs. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!! Lulu is the GM and she clearly loves her job because this restaurant was in very good condition. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs!!

At 8:45pm the staff turned us away even though they were not scheduled to close until 9:00pm. The girl came out to say the already turned off all appliances and counted the drawer. When I pointed out that it was still a bit of time before end of business hours she just looked around chewing on her necklace and muttered, “Yeah, but we’re ready to go now.” If I were the franchise owner, I would find better staff.

Last week I went here for the first time with a friend and our kids. When we walked in at noon, the shop had a 2-3 people waiting for orders but we were able to order straight away. After waiting about 20 min for our food, the shop filled with people picking up online orders. At the 30 min mark, our kids began getting restless and noisy. We checked the time of our order on our receipts and couldn’t believe how long it was taking. So I checked in on our orders and was told ‘we’re working on that now’. There were many other people that checked on their order; clearly many people’s patience had worn thin. Our 2 orders were finally ready after 40 min and 45 min despite there being 4-5 employees. With that timeframe, we could have gone to a sit down restaurant! As a first time customer, I wasn’t impressed and thought the subs we had weren’t worth the wait, especially since there are many other shops within 1 mi of Firehouse.

If I’m going to over pay for a sandwich I would rather do it at Firehouse Subs instead of Subway. At least here the quality is better then any Subway and some of the proceeds is supposed to go to first responders. The reason I gave this location 3 stars (or average) is because they messed up the bread on our sandwiches. I was supposed to have wheat and my mother wanted white bread, but when we got them the bread was reversed. They had also forgotten our pickles. When we told them they did give us pickles after the fact. Make sure to check your order if you get food here.

My husband picked us up dinner from this location tonight. We both got the Smokehouse Brisket Cheddar. Neither of us got our pickles and both sandwiches were extremely sub par. They we mostly mayo with very little meat/cheese and almost none of the BBQ Sauce. We were very disappointed. Now to top it off 6.5 hours later, I’m starting to experience the symptoms of food poisoning! I will never eat anything from this location again!

Came by for a sandwich today and ended up waiting 34 minutes for it. Should’ve been a red flag when all the dine in customers at the tables looked frustrated and only had chips and drinks. Once I finally got my order it was wrong. 34 minutes for the wrong sandwich? I will not return to this location. I honestly don’t think anyone that was there today will be returning.
