This place is horrible, it’s dirty and they are out of everything, even lids for the side cups… they don’t have salads… there was a guy with a ponytail run his gloved hands through his hair as he was making subs… worst experience will never come back to this location. Food was subpar should have stuck with my first instinct and left

I would give no stars since I ordered online and when I got there two hours before the sign says they closed it was dark. The kicker was that I paid online and they of course took my money and I never got my food. I also requested that someone respond to me and have heard crickets. Spending over $40 on nothing is a tough pill to swallow. We just moved here and now know not to order from there again unless they make it right.

I’ve been here a few times. It’s usually a pretty neutral experience. I like the subs so I’ll go once in a while. I went on a Sunday at 6;00 pm. They’re open until 9. The door was locked , and there was an employee moping the floor in the dining room. I checked the door to confirm it was supposed to be open. The door said 9 pm. There was no sign on the door with an explanation, and I was ignored by staff who saw me and heard me as well.

The food is decent when they actually have all the ingredients needed, which isn’t often. And, they never are actually open until they are supposed to be. If you go in when they are close to wanting to leave (usually an hour before they are supposed to close) they huff and act annoyed to serve you.

We ordered six subs for myself, and my family. Unfortunately not one of us received the sandwich we ordered. We did not even order on-line we ordered in the Westminster location. Every sub had Mayonnaise witch nobody ordered.

Did an online order at 7:15pm on a Saturday night (plus paid online) and got there to pick it up and the restaurant was closed! Totally dark with chairs put up on the table… if you’re not going to follow your business hours at least remember to turn off your online ordering! Now I have to stop an over $40 payment… honestly accepting money from a customer and not providing a product/service is theft.

Walked in around 5pm and was about to place an order and they told us it was take out only while other people were eating in the restaurant and we ask why are they dining in and they said that they knew them and we’re waiting on them, I guess there shift was ending. Very disrespectful little punks working and management should try to train them if possible. Last time I will ever enter this place. Kicker was the way they waved bye when we we’re leaving.
