Not all but most of the staff is usually really nasty to DD drivers. You make eye contact with everyone but not one person will take a moment to assist. How hard is it to simply say “how may I help you?” I personally never had the food but the way they treat the delivery drivers. I don’t plan to visit on my own leisure.

My husband ran in for a couple sandwiches to go. I wanted a small. When he came back to the car I was taken aback by just how small the sandwich was. I thought I would at least get some resembling a sub. You know, still about 6″ long. No, this was 3″ square. About the size of a small hamburger bun. A kids sandwich maybe? I don’t know, but it was disappointing. Tasty, at least, but disappointing.

The staff that was working today, was super disrespectful and rude. There was a lady being interviewed for a job there and she had to bring her younger kid to the interview for whatever reason. Well, after the lady had completed the interview and left, the staff that was working started making rude and disrespectful comments OUT LOUD about the lady who had just been interviewed. It was so cringe I was embarrassed for the staff. I hope the lady that was being interviewed today gets the job though! As for the staff, well I just hope they mature and get some respect and manners!

Every table dirty. Every last one had trash or crumbs. Staff was rude the minute I walked in. Took 15 minutes of standing there for them to come take my order. 4 people cooking. One younger gentlemen muttered ” ha, be with you in 30 minutes” as if I couldn’t hear it. The food, well it was delicious. After waiting 20-30 minutes I got my food. 2 medium subs and a Mac and cheese. Insane.

I was in the kannapolis location on March 18th and placed an order to go. I waited almost 45 minutes until people that came in after me started receiving their orders. When I ask them when my order would be ready, apparently they sat my order to the side and forgot it. Then the guy I was talking to rolled his eyes and just handed me my order. No apology, no offer of a fresh sandwich…just extreme rudeness.
