I gave them 2 stars because the manager is very kind. However, kindness doesn’t not mask the fact that the work could be better. We came in twice 2 month distance and each time they are either out of turkey or out pickles or out of something else. There were no lids for the cups I had to ask for them to restock. Please get back no track on management.

The staff was kind , establishment is clean yet had their hands tied when the app didn’t provid me with a birthday sub. What’s the point of having an app with all your info yet not coming through for their customers!! Please corporate fix this system. Some of us look forward to these small things in life. I even showed them proof of the 2020 email. But didn’t want to leave empty handed so I got the smokehouse cheddar brisket.. HBD 2 me

2/3/23 – Sub was good, but experience was bad. I placed my order online, sub was ready a few min after I arrived. The very tall white guy who works there hands me the bag with my subs, so I thank him by saying, “Much obliged.” He then laughs and says the following, word for word, “Jesus. Much obliged? Who says that??? Nobody says that!”

I used to go here for lunch all the time pre-covid. And I just revisited to order some subs to-go and had a horrible experience with the guy who took my order, his name was Brandon. He was rude and very sarcastic. I asked for a side of sauce and said I would pay for it, and he told me no he’s not going to do that. And I know for a fact it was possible because I used to get it all the time. When I asked about the sails he brushed off the question and was just complaining how his back hurts and it’s unfair that he has to work and has no insurance etc. Despite receiving terrible customer service and no sauce, I still tipped 20% but I am never returning to this establishment again. Brandon should never have a job related to customer service or guest relations.
