Ordered online 3 large sandwiches and a kids meal. No cookie or drink for our child. My engineer had two pieces of turkey on it….literally. none of the toppings we requested and no pickle spear with any of it. Waste of money and waste of time. Will not be going back. And if you’re reading this do not go there! The manager should make an effort and it definitely would not appear so with this type of service

Horrible management. Third time we have been here when it’s not busy at all and had to wait over 30 minutes for an online order. I don’t review places at all but this place deserves one star. We will not be going back. They messed up 3 other peoples order while I was waiting during the last visit, and messed up my order as well. I just decided to take the loss and left. The manager was arguing with another customer when I was walking out yelling at each other.

Placed an online order and it took over 45 minutes to get after I showed up at the restaurant. People walked in after me placed their orders and got food before I did. When we did get the food the potato soup was a disgusting lump of grease.

The first time I’ve received a birthday reward from them. As always, they have never disappointed me. I always get the hook and ladder. They give you a pickle spear on the side. The service and the food is 100% delicious. Thank You Firehouse for making my birthday perfect! It was my dinner last night.

Came in and ordered the new triple stack because the picture on the counter looked so good! Epic fail… when I got my fifteen dollar sandwich, there was hardly any meat on it, plenty of slaw, plenty of sauce, but slacking in meat. Either the owner has instructed them to cheat people, or he just don’t care. The guy cleaning the tables had on lightning strike underwear. How do I know? Because his britches were pulled down below his cheeks! If I were the owner the three behind the counter, (2 guys, 1 girl), would be sitting at home on the couch drinking coke and eating Doritos wondering why they got fired! You would think that even the uneducated that have to work at Firehouse would know better than to cheat people on their food orders. Don’t bother replying, Mr. Owner, if you ain’t got it together by now, you’ll never get it together. You’ll just keep losing customers one at a time, til finally you’ll have to shut the doors and close down. I’ll never be back. Only losers find amusement in cheating people. It’s a shame to, this used to be a great Firehouse. Let me redirect you to the other Firehouses in the area. There’s one in Greensboro, and one in Kernersville. I’ve never been cheated at either one of those. This one must have a sorry, good for nothing owner. Nuff said.

Every time we go in there it looks like they are closing soon. Doesn’t matter the time of day, it’s just a vibe that they want to serve you so they can get out of there. When Firehouse started, the sandwiches were more substance than bread. Over time they have become more like all the other sandwich shops where it’s more bread than fillings.

I got here at 2:30 and ordered the new triple stack sub and what a disappointment it was. I got the medium sub and they put about 3oz of meat on it so they cheated me for what I paid for. The attitudes of the workers were unfriendly as well. They went from making subs to washing down tables and mopping then back to making subs without changing gloves. The guy cleaning tables couldn’t keep his pants up and kept exposing his underwear to my family which is unacceptable at a food establishment. What a disgusting Firehouse Subs! I’d have to be desperate to eat here again. Too bad you can’t find employees like Chic-fil-A or Dario because if you did you would definitely increase your total revenue.
