Just ordered twice. A salad with no cheese. After the first arrived with cheese, I ordered again and called to ask for no cheese. They said no problem and you know what happened next. Cheese again. Called the manager. No apology, no refund offer. Just, “oh yeah when they’re busy they don’t pay attention to the notes”.

Walked in around 1130 on a Tuesday and before I ordered I was told there was a 25 min wait for them to make my sub. Hahaha! For a sub??? I guess I could go to Jimmy John’s across the street where you walk in and out in 4 minutes. I just left. Very poor impression. Will not revisit.

Ordered and paid for gluten free, only for them to tell us me they don’t have gluten free bread after 30 min of waiting. It seriously took them 30 minutes to make a deli sandwich. Gave me turkey and cheese in a bowl with no refund. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time, which is hard to do with a relatively easy concept like sandwiches

During both Memorial Day Weekend and EMS Week, Firehouse Subs refused to give me the First Responder discount. While that isn’t a big deal in and of itself, they were rude about it. Also, the food was cold (I ordered a hot sub) and the kid at the register had the social skills of a potato.

My veggie sandwich at this location is always prepared perfectly. I wish I knew the name of the manager because she ROCKS. I always know it is going to be yummy when she makes it. As a vegetarian, I have tried many veggie sandwiches and this one by far is at the top of my list. It is jam packed with lots of flavors and options. My go-to place and location when I always want a quick meal that I know will hit the spot !!!

I came in today. The store didn’t seem busy. But, they told me they were working on a MAJOR catering order and told me it would be a few minutes. Which is fine by me. Nate, Brittany and John were still very prompt with me and the other few customers in the store despite the busyness “behind the scenes”. I will totally be back. Kudos to them!!!
