It’s like they don’t read the tickets at all. I got a veggie sub asked for extra cheese, Italian dressing, and no peppers For pick up. It came with peppers, light cheese, and no dressing. Waste of my money. Active store # listed on google doesn’t work so I just lit my money on fire apparently. Unacceptable. Almost scam level practices

Hey there Firehouse subs! Long time fan and lover of your subs. Been trying to call your number but it doesn’t work. I usually place my order on doordash. I place the same order every time I order with you guys and I just gotta ask, what’s going on with the mustard!? Do you guys have a mustard shortage or something? LOL. I keep getting my order delivered and there’s like no mustard on it at all. This is happened three times in a row now.

Order was actually cancelled and the Firehouse Subs kitchen was closed for the day, but our order showed as confirmed and ready on DoorDash. After driving 20 mins, I got there to pick it up, the manager, Gio, told me that he was simply confirming all orders so he could tell customers in person that their orders weren’t even actually placed. I then had to request that he show me that it was cancelled and take a picture to get DoorDash to reimburse us. Horrible service and system for processing orders as a third party vendor.

I’m so happy to find out there is a firehouse subs nearby. I visit Orlando often and always eat firehouse there. Now having one here is great. Just ordered, my 5 star rating is simply for the excitement of having a firehouse subs nearby. I’ll definitely adjust the stars once I receive the food and try it. Unless it’s perfection like I get in Orlando, then they will keep their 5 stars!
