I don’t like writing a bad review but it’s not a place I recommend on 2 simple orders. We ask for no cheese on the Veggie sub and no onions on the Turkey Bacon sub does that request sound difficult apparently it was.

I usually like this place but tonight what I got was absolutely ridiculous.. I got a tuna sub, asked for banana peppers and didn’t get those. My $5.29 mac and cheese had about a spoonful and a half in it!!!!. Can’t believe the amount of carelessness working behind that counter. I won’t be back for a while… Ridiculous!!

Sharkbait Ooh ah ah
One of the guys threw a box into the kitchen cause he was mad, my sandwich came with a chunk ripped out of the bread, they gave us an empty chip bag, the lettuce on my sandwich was brown and old, and on top of all of that they didn’t even give us pickles even though we SPECIFICALLY asked for extra. I’m speechless…

Don’t like to write bad reviews but the last few times we have ordered from here the staff is horrible and arguing with each other, clearly doesn’t want to be there. We place our order through the app because they complain if they have to answer the phone. The app said it would be ready by a certain time and it’s never ready. We will not be back until the owner gets a handle on the staff.

Terrible service. Walked in & no one greeted me. I stood at the register for about 3 min & the two girls back there didn’t even say “ I’ll be with you in a moment” just was back there making food & ignoring me. Lots of people in there waiting on food that’s taking forever. Very slow service

Absolutely horrible experience, food, and customer service!! I ordered 2 subs on the app, an Italian and a Hook and Ladder extra meat and cheese both medium. We picked them up and brought them back to work. The Italian was missing the cheese, the Hook and Ladder was missing the extra meat, extra cheese, and had the paper they steam the meat in on the sandwich. I called to complain and was asked to hold while the girl carried on a conversation with her friend about someone named Sam. I hung up and called the corporate line but have not heard back from them as of yet about my complaint. Attached are 2 pics I took, 1 of the meat and cheese showing it is not extra anything, 1 of the paper I removed from my mouth after taking a bite of the sandwich.

The small sub is SMALL!!! So I asked Sydney (short pregnant lady with blonde hair) the MOD if she could change it, she tried to change me for a whole sub and said to me “I’m not giving you nothing free”. How degrading! Shame on you Firehouse! I’ve never been so embarrassed!

Firehouse subs has always been good, especially this location, we’ve never had any problems. Unfortunately after having their subs for dinner last night, my boyfriend and I both woke up in the middle of the night (and into this morning) very sick with a case of food poisoning. I know there isn’t much the employees can do about this (I’ve worked in the food industry myself so I know how it can be) but I just want to let someone know to be careful. Even though we’ll be ok, it could have definitely made an elderly or immune compromised person extremely ill.
