Every sandwich I have tried is delicious. The chili is like the kind that goes on a hotdog, it’s fantastic. The side salad is fresh, big and no wilted/nasty pieces. My only complaint is with the pickles. They have great pickles, I always order an extra pickle, I pay for it, yet I never receive it! I just want the extra pickle I paid for but every single time I never get it, it’s so frustrating!!

My second favorite sub chain. Consistancy across locations is good. The New York Steamer with added lettuce and onion and tomato is my favorite. It’s a great sandwich that really has a solid flavor profile and is not replicate any better elsewhere. While the Chili is average and the Mac N Cheese really good, I always wish they would add some items like potato salad, cole.slaw, pasta salad, etc to the menu since some really good sides made in-house woukd bring dining here to the next level.

We asked for no mayonnaise and it came with mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. We also ordered pickles with all 4 subs and didn’t get any pickles. I wish they’d double check while making the subs.
