Stopped by here for lunch, place was packed and busy. But line moved quick and service was good. Staff was polite.

I LOVE the Italian sub, mostly anything Italian for that matter. Firehouse packs their subs to overload with meat and all the trimming you can take. I use to go to Subway until I tried firehouse. No comparison at all. Try it you’ll be hooked.

Pretty good visit. Much nicer staff/crew than previous visits . Dining area appears clean despite the size. This location is pretty small. Everything was well stocked. I ended up coming back later today and the service was even better. I was well greeted and assisted with picking up my online order. I only wished I ordered another pickle (hey hey hey hey lol )

Servers were all nice. Food was great but, it took us over 30 mins to get our food. If you plan on going here to get food pick up or dine in I would recommend to order ahead (app or phone call). When we left, the line was just as long if not longer for waiting for ordered food.

So I suggest you place a pickup order for a certain time because they won’t even start it until you show up. This has happened twice to me. I put in an order to be pickup at 5:40. I get there at 5:50. Not only is it not done, it’s not even started. And they tell me I have 2 tickets ahead of me. I made the order at 3:30. So y’all couldn’t make the order in over 2 hours?? I was forced to leave because I was on a strict time. Manager ignored me and had employee tell me I couldn’t get a refund I had to go online. Went online no where to get a refund must call customer service. Very inconvenient. Firehouse has lost a customer.

Came to grab a quick lunch. From the start it wasn’t going well. The drink machine is broke, so can get bottled drinks or sweet tea. Okay, that is manageable. Then they are out of wheat buns for sandwiches. Then they run out if ham…Sounds like a big manager issue at this point. Another customer asked for Mac and cheese and guess what…out of that as well.

The slowest place to get food. They usually have one person making sandwiches even when there’s a line of people.

Ordered online, came in to pick up a little before the ready time.. well ready time comes & goes. Now it’s 20 minutes later & I’ve watched the employees hang out with the bread visibly on their oven waiting & being passed up. Ask for an update of when it would be ready & just told its coming. 20 minutes pass the ready time & 45 pass the order time.

Was disappointed in the length of time it took to prepare my combo as well as the portion compared to price. I would have expected for such a lengthy wait and $12 cost for medium sandwich, a quarter bag of chips and medium drink that i would at least be full. Had to supplement my meal with additional lunch meat from the fridge.
