First time I tried this place and it was delicious! I got the brisket sub. My friend told me they were doing free subs for anyone with the name Asia, Linda, or Thomas and I happen to be named Asia so I stopped in to try one and I was not disappointed! Ordered a veggie sub sans mayo & cheese, which you can CLEARLY see on the receipt … what do ya know!! Comes doused in mayo with cheese (a little hard to see in the picture ik) Of which I can’t eat due to dietary restriction. I didn’t ask for anything too difficult. I even made a donation. Figured I’d try this place due to rave reviews but left hungry and dissatisfied. Will be taking my money elsewhere …

Let me tell you if you want a hot sandwich, that slides right off the bread when you take one bite, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is very sticky and just unclean. The service was just “why am I even here?” The price was just asking way too much for a sandwich that was oh so messy. And the drink machine could have used some cleaning. To be completely honest, I’m surprised I didn’t get sick after I ate here.

Food is great but this location is not! Not only was the worker rude and making facial gestures to the other employee when entering but proceeded to tell us we couldn’t dine in to eat due to them closing in 45min. Really?!? That’s the first time I have been told I couldn’t eat inside with 45min to do so!!! I will not be back to that location and will travel to the next location which is within a reasonable distance.

Pippie and Nick did a great job with my sandwich. Pippie gave me the biggest smile and a warm jolly welcome. The whole restaurant was so clean and crisp. Nick treated me with respect and made my day with that fast sandwich making. I love firehouse subs and will be returning.

I walked in and was greeted with a nice aroma of assorted meats, the customer service was delectable and delightful, my sandwich maker, rather, sandwich artist did a beautiful job making my turkey sandwich on wheat with provolone and banana peppers, thank you for an amazing sandwich, Pippie, I am now a firehouse subs customer for life and will never step foot in a subway ever again. Tbh & rate 10/10.

This was my first order at this location and wasn’t disappointed. I tried the hot specialty New Yorker for the first time and it was very good. The Schar gluten free bread is great! I’m so glad they have Schar bread. I had the pastrami sub at another location. Now I want to try all the subs because so far they are very good.
