This might be the worst made sandwich I have ever had from Firehouse Subs! I ordered the brisket and cheddar and I got 1 slice of brisket inside the sandwich…. They basically sold me a $17 wheat roll with a thin slice of meat. Not only did I wait 15 mins for the food and I was the only order for the store, but this is what they made for me. I will not ever return to this location nor would I recommend anyone else going there.

This is a frustrating review to leave, because I genuinely love the food here. When I can get it, it’s delicious every time. Unfortunately, it’s rare I can actually get my meal, because between absolutely vile employees that have the worst attitudes of anyone I’ve ever encountered, and a system that conveniently never seems to function when I try to order, I’ve been unable to eat here twice. The last 3x I’m been to this location they have either left basic ingredients off my sandwich or have not had them. Either way lettuce and tomato should be 2 things you always have especially being across from a grocery store. Very poorly made sandwiches

The staff was very unfriendly and slightly rude. There was also no seating available as all the chairs were turned up. We stopped here on a road trip and were forced to eat in our car. The food was as to be expected from firehouse. If there is another sandwich shop in the area I would recommend you stay away from this place.

Ordered something off the app to pick up. The location didn’t have the beef & cheddar my husband wanted so I chose something different. Came in to pick it up at the time the app said and wait 10 minutes after going through all the names on the lined up packaged orders, then saw they did have the sandwich he wanted. I didn’t order it.

If I could give them a lower score I would. I placed a door dash order and they didn’t inform me one of my orders weren’t available until I got there and then the lady at the counter didn’t seem like she could care any less about me or my order and it took them 20 minutes past my pick up time to be ready. Absolute trash. Do not go here if you value your time or money.

Never Again‼️ Waited 42 minutes and my sub wasn’t what I ordered. Container and bag were nasty and subs were not good. Everyone was complaining and several asked for refunds. Staff was not nice about long wait time and ignored complaints. Nor did they try to speed up…they were just slow and unconcerned.
