All around delays. Doesn’t matter the location. Poor service. Poor communication through staff. Repeat mistakes with my orders. I’ve ordered multiple times in person and I’ve always had incorrect or missing items. Not worth the price, and quality of food isn’t much better. I will say I enjoy their tuna, but that’s about the only thing. I hope other people have better experiences and it’s just my bad luck

I ordered the Italian sub and all I could taste was the lumps of Mayo. The picture is the best proof now imagine this amount of Mayo on both sides !! This was my first and last time I order from them. Sandwich is in the trash and I reordered another sandwich from a competitor.

Popped in today with my family and we loved it. Place was clean and staff was very friendly just like all Firehouse Subs I’ve been to. Didn’t even realize it but I was accidentally overcharged for their special sub of the day by $1.70 which they offered to give me back the difference or take a brownie or bag of chips for the difference(wife took the brownie). Overall 5 star experience with great hot subs.

I came in for a free hook and ladder sub. Had to buy a drink to get the sandwich at no cost. Had to wait for 20 minutes. Place was not that busy, the sandwich was for free so I waited. The sandwich was okay the menu said it had ham in it but I didn’t taste the ham only the turkey. I didn’t taste the cheese neither. Saw the prices on the menu. I’m a very cheap guy so I’ll have to pass on a another visit.

This used to be a go to place for lunch, but today was an exception. The tables were all dirty and the place was a mess. The staff were busy on their phones and watching the TV. It was very disappointing .
