I visited Firehouse Subs for a quick, late night snack. Per usual, I had the New York Steamer. Overall it was good but I’ve had better tasting ones at other locations. It was a tad dry (needed more Italian dressing) and a bit more meat would have been nice. With that said, the employees provided excellent service and were quick to answer any questions that I had.

Eaton Uter
This is my first time eating from this establishment. I tried the Hook and Ladder. Although I ordered through Uber Eats and it took them some time to get a delivery driver to pickup my order, the sandwich was prepared well. It was the right temperature, fresh ingredients were used, and overall a great experience with them. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality sandwich in the area.

I ordered a bowl of chili to go with my small sandwich. When I got there the bag was sealed so it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they actually gave me a cup of chili. It wasn’t even filled up all the way. I tried to call and see if I can bring it back and have it corrected but no one answered and by the time I made it back over to them they would have just closed. The receipt wasn’t provided, just a pick ticket so I can’t formally complain. Super frustrated because I didn’t get what I paid for. Meal wasn’t cheap and I’m still hungry.

Firehouse Subs became my #1 almost 9 years ago now, and so far, has done absolutely nothing to change that position. This location is the closest to my current home, and despite the 20-minute drive, it’s worth each trip. 5 stars a piece to food, service, and atmosphere because, in my opinion, they each meet high expectations. This location, in fact, once very graciously settled a cost issue for me without hesitation and has earned my business until I have moved too far away or passed on to the Hereafter.

I just moved to Biloxi, MS, from McKinney. I was a frequent delivery driver, and the staff here at firehouse subs were my favorite! (I also frequently ate there as well). Now that I am delivering elsewhere, I am so sad because of the lack of awesomeness that I was accustomed to at the McKinney Firehouse . You all keep being amazing! Miss you bunches!
