Whenever I go to Firehouse I usually order the Italian sub without bread and most of the times they make me a decent salad with Italian meat. At this location, not only the staff was extremely friendly they also gave me the best Italian salad I have ever had at Firehouse subs.

Have gotten take out numerous times from this location & always had great friendly service. This time was a totally different story! First they were out of turkey, chicken, & beef brisket. With these 3 items unavailable it sure doesn’t leave much to pick from at a sub place. Second the two young ladies behind the counter did not smile once, did not thank us & we’re definitely in bad moods. I have to assume because they had to tell people they were out of main ingredients. I hope this service does not continue or that they are not planning on closing this location. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I had the Steak & Cheese sub. This is, for me, a sandwich that I use to test the quality of a restaurant that offers it. This sandwich was on par with some of the best. The staff at this particular location left a bit to be desired. Otherwise, two thumbs up.

I tried to call in an order for carry out but no one answered phone. Turns out they were trying to close early. While waiting for my food, the 3 employees were using very profane language, including cussing and racial slurs regarding a missing phone charger. A blatant comment was made by one of the female employees that she doesn’t care about the customer (me) or her job. Very unprofessional and not to mention awkward and uncomfortable as a customer.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, and 4 cookies. Only received the sandwiches. Manager did say I can go back anytime for my missing items, to just use his name. But the sandwiches were so soggy it’s basically inedible. I usually use the Kaliste Saloom location and never had this bad of an experience. Very disappointed.
