2022-10: This review is based on a third party delivery service delivering my order, but it’s based solely upon the food and no aspect of the third party service are incorporated. I ordered a large Hot Pastrami sub with a few added ingredients, a bowl of chili with onions and cheese added on, and two chocolate chip cookies. The sub was delicious, plenty of all of the ingredients. The chili tasted great, I was just taken back a bit at the serving size for it to be considered a bowl, versus a cup. Still, excellent chili. The cookies were yummy, even if they were shaped a little funny. Lol Overall, I am pleased with this experience.

I did in app order and paid online when I arrived it wasnt even ready and when I checked they forgot the dressing for my salad and i asked for extra cucumbers barely any in my salad and then lets not get me started on my sandwich I Had Steak and Cheese Less Bread !!! why I see nothing but Bread And Barely Any Meat on it I was so Disappointed in they Service and then they forgot to put my pickle spear they didnt even have utensils in bag i was So angry spent over $25 i was so unsatisfied and absolutely couldn’t believe Firehouse Subs was so Weak and how they make they Salads and Subs

Don’t waste your money!!!! It was about 30 mins before they close so maybe that had some bearing on our experience, Philly was cold!!!! Almost like they dipped it out of a pan straight to the bread. This used to be a great place to eat, really went down hill especially for what they charge. Not complaining about paying top dollar for food but not for sub par food. Service is what it is these days. I get that these jobs are filled by young people and there is nothing we can do about it, not all young people have personality but I could easily have been talking to a park bench…..I know it is hard to find workers post cover but you should really try to put a 5 star on the window to speak to customers.

The food is good, but portions per the price are small. The food was ready for pickup when we got there. Sandwiches we got were very tasty but lacked a sufficient amount of meats and toppings for the price. Will be a long time before we order and pickup here again.

This is my son’s favorite place to eat. He loves the turkey bacon ranch. I’m a little more partial to the hook & ladder. Both options are delicious and the service is consistent and friendly. The cookies and brownies are just okay.
